Great news in our pizzeria, the special dough "Macina d'Other Times".
Born after numerous tests and careful selection the pizza Macina d'Other Times is obtained from a mixture of Italian flours and soft grains and ancient cereals such as rye, linen, oats, spe farro and kamut (khorasan). The stone grinding guarantees the dough a high content of fiber and wheat germ, then vitamins and minerals.
You can try the new dough with all our classic pizzas, simply by choosing your favorite dough when ordering.
